It looks like Logan Paul will get his wish at WrestleMania 39.

Last month, Paul said that he would like to challenge Cena at WrestleMania. Other than a few cryptic social media posts, Cena has not addressed the challenge but ๐•น๐–”๐–‡๐–‘๐–Š ๐•ฝ๐–Š๐–•๐–”๐–—๐–™๐–Š๐–—๐–˜ ๐•ธ๐–Š๐–‰๐–Ž๐–†’s known Media is told that the match is scheduled for WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles. Logan Paul sign โ€œbabyfaceโ€ WWE contract after Miz’s jilt.

Logan Paul made his in-ring debut this past weekend at WrestleMania 38 where he teamed with The Miz against the Mysterios (Dominik and Rey). Paul had an impressive outing in the match that saw him deliver the three amigos and even a frog splash, signature moves performed by Reyโ€™s good friend Eddie Guerrero. After picking up the win, Miz hit the Skull Crushing Finale on this tag team partner.

Dave Meltzer noted on todayโ€™s Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE made a promise to Paul ahead of the match and even put it into his contract that he would be a babyface as he wanted to portray that role instead of being a natural heel. Thus, the reason why Miz turned on Paul.

โ€œOh, by the way, I didnโ€™t know this, but it makes perfect sense. So you know why they did the Logan Paul and Miz thing at the end that we couldnโ€™t understand? Because when they made the deal with Logan Paul to do this angle part of the deal was when youโ€™re done with this angle youโ€™re gonna be a babyface. That was negotiated into the deal. I guess thatโ€™s why he was a babyface the first time too.โ€

Rey and Dominik Mysterio took on The Miz and Logan Paul at WWE WrestleMania 38.

Notes from the match:

Dominik Guerreroโ€™s gear looked like it was a tribute to Eddie Guerreroโ€™s gear in AAA. Logan Paul and The Miz came out in matching colored gear and they got massive pyro.

The match started with The Miz attacking Rey and then Miz quickly tagging in Logan Paul. Logan hit punches to Reyโ€™s ribs. Rey grabbed a headlock, did a couple of leapfrogs and a split but Rey kicked him in the head.

After Paul tagged out, he hit Dominik with a cheap shot. Paul hit a running powerslam on Dominik before trying to pin him. Miz tagged in and they double teamed Dominik with kicks to the body. Miz attempted a pin. Paul hit a Buff Blockbuster off the top and then tried for the cover but Dominik kicked out. Miz and Paul double teamed Dominik in the corner. Rey got the hot tag and he hit a flurry of offense on Miz. Rey hit a moonsault but Paul broke up the pin. Soon after, The Miz took a tornado DDT from Rey. Rey the Three Amigos Eddie suplexes.

Paul tagged in and kicked Rey in the head. Paul hit his own Three Amigos Eddie suplexes and fans loudly booed him. Paul did the Eddie shimmy and then hit the frog splash. He went for the pin but Dominik broke it up. Dominik dove through the ropes to take out Miz before running after Paul. Paul ran into Reyโ€™s legs and a 619. Dominik and Rey both hit the frog splash but Miz tagged in, hit the skull crushing finale to win the match. After the match, The Miz hit the skull crushing finale on Paul.
