Tyson Fury says he want to retire after Deontay Wilder’s threat of new attire.

Tyson Fury has confirmed his plans to retire from boxing after two major fights.

The 31-year-old British boxer defeated Deontay Wilder just 11 days ago to become WBC heavyweight champion of the world. Tyson knocked down his American opponent twice before his team threw in the towel in the seventh round to end the bout.

Following the shocking defeat, Bronze Bomber quickly activated his rematch clause, meaning that there will be a summer trilogy fight between the pair.

Appearing on This Morning with his wife Paris Fury, the current WBC heavyweight champion of the world opened up on his future plans.

According to him, after his rematch with Deontay Wilder, he’ll take on Anthony Joshua and then retire from boxing.

When his wife, Paris called for him to call it a day on This Morning, Fury said: “I’ve got two more fights left, then we’re going to really think about what we do from there.

“How long does a piece of string go on? I’m undefeated in 31 professional fights and this is my 12th year as a professional.

“I’ve already been the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. When I beat Klitschko I had all the belts, so as far as I’m concerned Anthony Joshua just has my leftovers.

“I never lost those belts, I had to take time out to deal with mental health issues, so they’re my belts. Until a man is defeated in a boxing ring, how can you pretend to be the champion?”

He also revealed that this time, he is better equipped to deal with the fame and pressure that comes with being world champion.

He said: “It’s almost an anti-climax. You elevate yourself in mind and body to go and box at his level and nothing means anything apart from the fight. Then you win and it’s like,

‘Oh well, I’ve done that’ and I slide down the other side. But I feel fine, I’ve learned over the years to maintain the mental health problems and to train on a daily basis and keep a routine.

“It takes me about two weeks to get back to normal after a massive fight.

“It is a rollercoaster of emotions, to be away from the kids and the school run and the screaming and shouting, it takes a lot to come back to that and get re-adjusted to that after three months away.”

Deontay Wilder will come back in fire – Fiancee, Telli Swift.

Deontay Wilder’s fiancee, Telli Swift, is standing like a rock behind her lover, come rain, sunshine and she appears to have confirmed that the Bronze Bomber will activate the option of a trilogy bout with Tyson Fury.

Wilder was condemned to the first defeat of his professional career in Las Vegas, with the American’s trainer throwing in the towel midway through the seventh round.

But despite being left battered and bloodied by Fury, Wilder’s camp seem likely to exercise a third fight between the pair.

As per the contract penned before the duo faced off for the WBC heavyweight world title, the loser would be able to secure another rematch within 30 days of the clash.

But after Wilder was dominated by an inspired Fury, with the Alabama native knocked down in the third and fifth rounds, talk concerning a unification fight with Anthony Joshua began to gather pace.

Wilder’s partner, however, confirmed that the dethroned star is seeking an immediate shot at revenge.

After a lengthy tribute to Wilder, penned following the end of his five-year reign as WBC champion, she wrote on Instagram: ‘#WilderFury3 here we come!! #thesagacontinues #stillourchamp #bombzquad’.

Fury, as the winner of the second bout, would be entitled to a 60/40 percentage split of all the money on the line for the fight, plus the earnings from PPV and ticket sales.

Reality TV star and model Swift predicted before the highly-anticipated encounter that Wilder would knock out his opponent, and re-posted a picture on social media in an attempt to taunt Fury.

Wilder admitted after his corner conceded defeat that he would have preferred to continue to defend his crown, revealing he was prepared to ‘go out on my shield’.

Fury’s promoter Frank Warren also believes that a rematch is likely to happen.

He told Metro: ‘Shelly Finkel [Wilder’s co-manager] rang me the morning after the fight to tell me they would probably invoke the immediate rematch.

‘So that’s where we’re at right now. I’m assuming that the trilogy fight is going ahead.’

Deontay Wilder planning new outfit for Tyson Fury’s Rematch

Cosmo and Donato, the creators of Deontay Wilder’s $40k costume he wore to the ring for his second bout with Tyson Fury have revealed that he’s already planning a new costume for Wilder-Fury III.

The American boxer wore a black and red armored bodysuit with a matching mask and crown to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the second bout. But was knocked down twice before his team threw in the towel in the seventh round to hand his British rival, 31, an epic win.

The next day after the fight, Wilder confirmed that he’ll be triggering his rematch clause to Tyson for the third time and claimed that his defeat was largely down to the 45-pound costume weakening his legs.

He told Yahoo: ‘He didn’t hurt me at all, but the simple fact is that my uniform was way too heavy for me.

‘I didn’t have no legs from the beginning of the fight. In the third round, my legs were just shot all the way through.

‘But I’m a warrior and people know that I’m a warrior. It could easily be told that I didn’t have legs or anything.

Despite his bizarre claims, Deontay Wilder has reportedly made contact with the designers, Cosmo’s Glamsquad about his next costume.

Speaking about their post-fight convo with Wilder, NobleSport learnt that Cosmo and Donato told the publication what the Bronze Bomber plans to do with his previous costume, and what they’re going to create for Wilder-Fury III.

“Deontay Wilder called me at home last night,” Crowley said … “We had an extensive, honest conversation that put confusion and rumors to rest.”

Cosmo said Deontay told him he considers the designer’s “family” and was “very clear that he looks forward to future collaborations.”

And, after they talked things out … “The subject of the call then turned to ‘Wilder v Fury III.”

Cosmo adds, “All of us consider it a privilege to contribute to the cultural and professional legacy of the iconic Deontay Wilder. As a fashion organization, I see no greater honor or responsibility that our team could be entrusted with.”

S’Arabia set to bid £400m to host Fury’s next match with Deontay or Joshua

Saudi Arabia’s royal family are set to bid an outrageous £400m to host Tyson Fury’s next fight after members of the Royal Family were ringside in Las Vegas to watch the Gypsy King’s ruthless win over Deontay Wilder at the weekend.

Fury defeated Wilder on Sunday morning to claim the WBC Heavyweight belt and Wilder confirmed on Tuesday that he will re-activate his rematch clause in their contract within the next 28 days but fans are clamoring for a fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua to determine the undisputed Heavyweight champion of the world.

Saudi Arabia to bid ?400m to host Tyson Fury?s next fight against Wilder or Joshua

A fight between Joshua and Fury will be an automatic sell out in the UK as both fighters are British, but the Saudi Royal family plan to bid 400 million pounds for Fury’s next fight seeing how much success they achieved with Joshua vs Ruiz in Riyadh last December.

”Fury has revealed that he will take on Anthony Joshua if the Bronze Bomber does not want a third fight.”Whoever the new WBC heavyweight champion takes on next, the Saudi Arabians want it to take place on their turf.”

Saudi Arabia to bid ?400m to host Tyson Fury?s next fight against Wilder or Joshua

”Prince Khaled was one of the Saudi royal family members in attendance at the MGM Grand on Saturday night.” The 41-year-old has been ordered by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to bring major sporting events to their country.”

Fury’s promoter Frank Warren refused to rule out the possibility of Fury taking on AJ in Saudi Arabia.

He said: “In a dreamscape it should be in London, but they’re professional athletes. These guys have short careers, they go where the money is.

“I don’t know where it’s going to take place. Wherever the most money comes from.

“It’s the boxers who get in the ring and they’ll make the choices.”

Update: Deontay Wilder Get 6 Weeks Suspension After Defeat From Fury

Deontay Wilder has been handed a six-week medical suspension following his defeat by Tyson Fury.
The American was dropped twice by his challenger last Saturday before the fight was stopped in the seventh round when his corner threw in the towel.

Wilder was suspected to have burst his eardrum and was set to be taken to hospital but he ultimately needed just seven stitches for a cut in his ear.
And the Nevada State Athletic Commission have now said Wilder cannot spar until April 8 and cannot fight in the state until April 23.

That will not prevent him triggering the rematch clause in his contract for third fight with Fury, NobleSport gathered
The loser of last weekend’s bout had 30 days to do so and Wilder confirmed on Monday that he will seek his revenge.

“The rematch is definitely going to happen. We’re going to get it on. I want to get right back to it,” he said.
The trilogy fight was was due to take place on July 18 in Las Vegas but Fury’s promoter Bob Arum has said it could be pushed back until September or October and be held at the new Las Vegas Raiders’ stadium.

That could see a potential undisputed fight with Anthony Joshua delayed until 2021 after promoter Eddie Hearn said he wanted to make that fight this year.
Joshua is due to face mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on June 20.

Wilder, meanwhile, has blamed his 40lb ring walk costume for weakening his legs before losing to Fury.
He told Yahoo: “He didn’t hurt me at all, but the simple fact is that my uniform was way too heavy for me.
“I didn’t have no legs from the beginning of the fight. In the third round, my legs were just shot all the way through.

“But I’m a warrior and people know that I’m a warrior. It could easily be told that I didn’t have legs or anything.
“A lot of people were telling me, ‘It looked like something was wrong with you.’ Something was, but when you’re in the ring, you have to bluff a lot of things.”

My Son Thinks Of Retiring After Defeating Wilder – Tyson’s Father Speaks

Tyson Fury’s father, John Fury, has revealed that he has told the new WBC champion to retire following his victory over Deontay Wilder and claims the Gypsy King is considering doing so.

John Fury, a former Heavyweight boxer says he will like his son to walk away from the sport now that he has achieved greatness as talk has already turned to a potential unification fight with Anthony Joshua, even though Wilder can trigger a trilogy fight.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Monday morning, he said: ‘I want my son to retire now. He’s done enough to prove.

‘It’s been an uphill battle for him. He’s done enough. I want him to pack it in now. ‘I think it’s in the back of his mind. He can’t do anymore. Enough is enough. He’s given all.’

‘I’ll be honest, I’m sat here today and I still keep pinching myself because where he was two years ago there was no hope, basically. ‘He was that low, he went that far back, I didn’t think he was ever going to get back. A light switch just went on and off and here we are today.

But I just think myself there’s more to life than we see with the eye, there’s got to be, because he was in such a mess. ‘It was a dark time, when you see a man who was like drinking himself to death to escape reality, and he was eating all kinds of food and a bucket load. And he was doing it in front of you. When your son stops caring what you think as a father and a parent, that’s time to worry.’

Tyson fury knockout Deontay Wilder in stunning rematch

...despite luis’s prediction

…Wilder suffered his first defeat

Tyson Fury reigns again as a heavyweight world champion after battering Deontay Wilder on the way to a stunning seventh-round stoppage in their World Boxing Council title rematch.

Fourteen months after their dramatic split-decision draw, Britain’s Fury dominated the American champion — who had blood streaming from his left ear and leaking from his mouth when referee Kenny Bayless called a halt at the behest of Wilder’s corner.

“The king has returned to the top of the throne,” said Fury, who had dropped Wilder in the third and fifth rounds as he remained unbeaten — and handed Wilder the first defeat of his career.

The self-styled “Gypsy King” from northern England — who was borne to the ring on a golden throne — had put on a boxing masterclass in their first fight, but he was clearly ready to brawl from the opening bell on Saturday.

A massive right from Fury knocked down Wilder in the third and Wilder struggled to regain his legs — although when he went down again moments later it was ruled a slip.

A left to the body had Wilder down again in the fifth, and Fury was raining blows on Wilder when Bayless called a halt at 1:39 of the seventh round after Wilder’s corner threw in the towel.

Wilder, 34, suffered his first defeat in 44 fights, falling to 42-1 with 1 drawn and 41 knockouts.

The “Bronze Bomber” was unable to surpass Muhammad Ali’s record of 10 successful heavyweight title defenses.

“I just want to say a big shout out Deontay Wilder,” said Fury, who improved his own unbeaten record to 30-0 with one drawn and 21 knockouts. “He manned up. he really did show heart of a champion.

“I hit him with a clean right hand and dropped him, and he got back up and battled on into round seven.

“He is a warrior, he will be back, he will be champion again.”

As a pro-Fury crowd at the MGM Grand cheered, Wilder briefly protested the stoppage.

‘A warrior’
“I just wish that my corner would have let me went out on my shield,” he said. “I’m a warrior.”

Wilder had knocked Fury down twice in their first fight in Los Angeles — the Briton miraculously climbing off the canvas in the 12th round to hang on for a share of the spoils.

With new trainer Javan “Sugarhill” Steward in his corner, and with more than 16 additional pounds on his 273-pound frame, Fury was on the attack early, backing Wilder up with his jab and landing several hard shots in the opening round.

He didn’t produce the second-round knockout he’d predicted, but he was clearly in control.

The fight, the biggest heavyweight collision since Lennox Lewis bludgeoned Mike Tyson into submission on the banks of the Mississippi River in 2002, drew a star-studded crowd.

Super Bowl Most Valuable Player Patrick Mahomes was ringside, so were Mark Davis, owner of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders and Raiders coach John Gruden.

Retired NBA greats Magic Johnson and Jerry West were on hand, as was current Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green.

With the rematch in the books, fight fans will be hoping to see Fury take on compatriot Anthony Joshua — holder of the IBF, WBA and WBO belts — in a heavyweight unification bout.

I am tipping Wilder to knockout Tyson Fury – Luis Ortiz

Having fought Deontay Wilder twice and got knocked out on both occasion, heavyweight boxer, Luis Ortiz says he is tipping Wilder to knockout Tyson Fury on Saturday.

Ortiz was clearly leading Wilder on points in their rematch last year when Wilder’s dangerous right hand landed on him in the 7th round and that was the end of the contest.

“Tyson Fury and Wilder are two different fighters, but I don’t think Wilder will respect him in the rematch, and I see the outcome by a knockout victory,” said Luis Ortiz.

Ortizs was recently knocked out by Wilder last November, so he seems to know what he’s talking about more than the other fighters that are predicting the outcome of the Wilder-Fury rematch.

Wilder has nothing to fear from Fury in this fight in terms of needing to be careful in avoiding his shots. So what we’re likely to see is a game of cat and mouse. Fury will be the big mouse running from the cat Wilder, and it’s only a matter of time before he gets caught by him, Boxing News 24 predicted.

In their first encounter, Fury, with his mobility was leading Wilder on points until he was brutally knocked down on two occasion. The referee scored the contest draw.

Tyson: Boxers no longer afraid of Anthony Joshua

he’s lost his fears

Heavy weight boxer, Tyson Fury has given a damning verdict on fellow Briton Anthony Joshua saying the latter had lost his fear factor.

Recall that the Nigerian born boxer only recently retrieved his world heavy weight titles from Andy Ruiz Jr in December. He had lost them to the Mexican six months earlier.

But after being knocked out in their first meeting – and boxing on the back foot in the rematch – Fury believes Joshua no longer sends chills through the division.

“Everyone has to do whatever they have to do to win a fight,” he said.

“I don’t think any of the fighters out there in the world are worried about AJ anymore, his bubble has well and truly been burst.

“No one is bothered about AJ anymore and they won’t be about Wilder either, when I burst his bubble too.”

It might be a while before Fury gets to battle it out with AJ however, for now he is preparing for his rematch with Deontay Wilder on Saturday week.

Anthony Joshua’s match in Kinshasa: Hearn confirm meetings ..

Promoter Eddie Hearn says meetings have been held which could see Anthony Joshua fight in the stadium that hosted the famous ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Muhammad Ali stunned the world by knocking out George Foreman to win the world heavyweight title there in 1974.
“It’s probably the most famous venue, or fight, of all time,” Hearn said.
“The DRC is looking to regenerate the stadium. That’s special, that’s legacy. That’s career defining.”

Speaking on 5 Live Boxing with Costello and Bunce, Hearn added: “There have been meetings held about that. It’s pie in the sky at the moment but the approach is there and its something we’ll have to look at.
“He [Joshua] wants to create a legacy in the sport. When you look at the resumé, he’s boxed everywhere you can in the UK, at Madison Square Garden, Saudi Arabia.

“To put Africa, China and the Far East on the resumé, that’s when you get to global star status. He has no interest in that but he wants to create history.”
Joshua, 30, reclaimed his heavyweight world titles with a unanimous points victory over Andy Ruiz Jr in a tense rematch in Saudi Arabia in December, reports the NobleSport.

Following bouts against Ruiz in New York and the Middle East, Hearn said Joshua’s next fight will “likely” be in the UK – with Bulgaria’s Kubrat Pulev the likely opponent.
“We want the fight in the UK at the end of May or early June,” said Hearn, who named Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Olympic Stadium, the Millennium Stadium and Twickenham as potential venues.

“It’s time to come home. If you asked him where he wants his next fight to be he’d say London, so that’s what we’re going to try and deliver.
“Obviously Pulev must be in agreement with that and hopefully we can get it over the line.”

Ruiz Jr. sacks manager after losing to Anthony Joshua

Andy Ruiz Jr. has sacked his coach Manny Robles who helped him to defeat Anthony Joshua in June last year.

Robles coached Ruiz and helped him defeat the odds to beat Joshua in June 2019 before Joshua came back to school the Mexican-American six months later in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Andy Ruiz Jr. sacks his coach Manny Robles one month after losing to Anthony Joshua

Now a month after Ruiz’ defeat, Robles has been sacked by Ruiz as he prepares to mount a come back in 2020, but Robles has blasted Ruiz saying he refused to listen to him or his dad after winning the heavyweight belts from Joshua and his stubbornness eventually led to his loss six months later.

Speaking to ESPN, he added that the relationship between him and Ruiz was never going to work going forward because Ruiz ‘wasn’t listening’. NobleSport learnt

‘I’ve seen it coming, I’ll be honest with you,’ he said. ‘Andy was just doing whatever the hell he wanted to do. The dad, obviously with him being the manager, he just had no control over his son. None of us had control of him, for that matter.

‘So I just saw it coming, it wasn’t going to work because he wasn’t listening. He’s not listening to me, he’s not listening to his dad, he’s not listening to anybody. He said it himself after the [post-fight] press conference..

‘Fortunately for me, Andy took the blame on himself and didn’t sit there like a majority of fighters and blame the coach.’..

Robles said the decision was taken by the fighter’s promoter Al Haymon to give him a fresh start.

‘They apparently told them that they didn’t want the same thing to repeat itself again,’ Robles continued.

‘It is what it is, I don’t know what to tell you. It’s not the first time it’s happened to me. I’m absolutely grateful and blessed to have been able to experience everything that I was able to experience in 2019

Speaking after his one-sided loss to Joshua in December, Ruiz said his emotional victory over his rival last year had put him on cloud nine ..

‘I think I ate everything… EVERYTHING… that’s why I gained so much weight,’ he said…
I was having too much fun, I was celebrating too much. Even out of shape, even the way that I was training back and forth (between Mexico and California)… f******, I did pretty good, dude! I did pretty good! But, I wish I had taken it more serious.’

‘I mean, we made history, and I have to be thankful for that. I have to be thankful to Andy and his dad for giving me the opportunity to be part of something special, to have made history – for him to become the first Mexican heavyweight champion of the world.’

In a video and picture that surfaced online, the 30-year-old Nigerian British boxer was seen prostrating before the President on Saturday in the United Kingdom, as he presented his heavyweight belts.

Joshua’s action attracted praises from the president’s aides and his family members who attended the meeting.

However, Fani-Kayode and some of his loyalists are obviously unhappy as they declare their anger for Joshua’s act of respect to the president.

Reacting to Joshua’s action on Sunday, Fani-Kayode described it as “utterly repulsive and disgusting.”

“I find this picture @anthonyfjoshua’s behaviour utterly repulsive and disgusting. Prostrating before his slave master & a bloodthirsty dictator & tyrant who is viciously persecuting and humiliating his people: what a crying shame. This speaks volumes. He has lost me!,” Fani-Kayode said.

Before the outing, the British Nigerian boxer who cruised to victory in his rematch with Andy Ruiz earlier this month was a guest on the New Year’s Eve special of the Graham Norton show, where he was asked which of his rivals he would prefer to fight next.

In his reply, Joshua said: ‘I really don’t know. Either one of them, it doesn’t matter.

‘The preference would be the champion Wilder because it’s a championship fight, but Fury is so talented as well and it’s the best of British so why not? I’ll fight either one of them.

‘The dream would be to go for the fifth belt in 2020.’
