Popular music executive, Soso Soberokon, has caused quite a stir after he flaunted his private part on the internet.

Taking to his Instagram page on Sunday, February 5, Soso posted a photo of himself in a brief while sipping a cup of tea. In the photo, he left very little to the imagination as his manhood was in full glare.

In a seeming reaction to the claim, Soso, in his post, urged people to disregard the common notion that chubby guys have small genitals. He then backed up his statement with a photo of his ‘manhood’.

A while, Soso Soberokon and Harrysong had a nasty online feud. The drama started after Harrysong claimed that ‘Soso’ sent people to kill him in Port Harcourt, adding that he Soso) is not his friend as many believed.

Though he didn’t mention a specific last name, many assumed that he was referring to music executive and talent manager, Soso Soberoken.

Soso did not take the claim lightly and slammed Harrysong with a suit demanding he retracts the statement and pay N500M or compensation. He also warned that if Harrysong fails to do so within seven days, he will be sued to court.

Popular blogger and media mogul, Linda Ikeji has fired back at the parents of slain UNIPORT students over their disapproval for her newly released move, Dark October.

The aggrieved parents of the four students of the University of Port Harcourt, who were killed by a mob in the Aluu Community in 2012 had asked the popular blogger, Linda Ikeji and Netflix, to suspend the planned premiere of their movie, Dark October.

The movie centers on the murder of the students codenamed Aluu-4 in October 2012.

In a statement issued on Wednesday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, by Livingstone Wechie, the Executive Director of a human rights group, The Integrity Friends for Truth and Peace The initiative (TIFPI), the families of the slain students said they were consulted before the shooting of the movie which was scheduled for premiere on February 3.

The development, according to them, will bring back unpleasant memories they had managed to bury.

They added that the movie had “reawakened the already doused trauma caused by the tragic killing of their children.”

Reacting to it, Linda Ikeji advised them not to press charges as they are only wasting their time and resources.

She noted how the movie does not carry the names or images of the boys neither were their families represented in the film.

Man bags “rot in jail” judgement for rape and molestation of 4-yo daughter in Delta.

The Delta State High Court sitting in Asaba and presided over by Honourable Justice Flora Ngozi Azinge, has sentenced a 28-year-old father, Amechi Ogo, to life imprisonment for raping his four-year-old daughter.

The defendant was arraigned on a charge of rape for having unlawful carnal of his child at Asaba on 31st May 2018, contrary to Section 218 of the Criminal Code Law of Delta State.

The prosecution led by the Director of Sexual Offences Unit, Ministry of Justice, Mrs P.U. Akamagwuna told the court that the defendant came home on a fateful day and demanded for sex from his wife. When his wife turned him down and left the house on an errand, the defendant forced himself on his four-year-old daughter. He was caught in the act by a neighbour and fled the scene.

The police subsequently arrested him. Defendant made a confessional statement which was tendered in court.

In his trial, defendant retracted the confessional statement and denied committing the offence.

Delivering judgement on Wednesday 1st February 2023, Honourable Justice Flora Ngozi Azinge held that the evidence of the four-year-old child and the witness, who caught him in the act, together with the defendant?s confessional statement, proved beyond reasonable doubt that he committed the offence.

Justice Azinge held that the defence raised in the confessional statement of the Defendant, to the effect that he lost all sense of reasoning after a native doctor laid hands on him and directed him to have sex with any woman he saw, was untenable and an afterthought.

She described the defendant as a paedophile, whose conduct in raping his own daughter was callous, animalistic, barbaric and against the laws of God.

She stated that society needed to be protected from persons like the defendant who prey on children.

The court thereafter sentenced the defendant to life imprisonment.

Speaking to a newsman after the judgement, Mrs P. U. Akamagwuna said that the State Ministry of Justice will continue to aggressively prosecute all sex-related offenders in line with the ministry?s zero-tolerance policy for such heinous crimes.

It will be recalled that the Sexual Offences Unit of the Ministry of Justice had previously recorded three judgements in sex-related offences cases in this current legal year.

The convict has since been registered in the Delta State Sex Offenders Register and his details has been uploaded to the national database.

The man who slumped and died inside a bank in Agbor, Ika Local Government Area of Delta State, has been identified as Mr Vincent Igweh, a building material merchant.

Sources revealed that late Igweh went to the Bank in Agbor for some transactions, but unfortunately, after spending hours unattended to due to the crowd, collapsed. He was rushed to St. John Catholic Hospital, Agbor where he was confirmed dead.

Popular Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju popularly known as Bobrisky, has revealed that he and members of staff have their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).

Fashion designer, Toyin Lawani, however, disagreed with the man that men will not settle for a single mother and shared her mother’s experience to support her point.

Toyin, who noted that many single mothers have men begging to marry them and adopt their kids, said her mother already had two kids before her father married her.

Her parents proceeded to have five kids together in addition to the two her mother came into the marriage with, yet she found a man who married her with all seven of her kids after the relationship crashed.

The mob also vandalized some cars packed in the bank’s vicinity. Naija News reports that the protest started in Ibadan on Friday as angry citizens took to the streets to lament the non-availability of the new naira notes and the hardship the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) policy had caused.

Amid the lingering scarcity of cash, traders and buyers in Lagos have resorted to the use of electronic payment channels.

A correspondent, who visited some markets in the state on Saturday, reported that most sellers and customers conducted their transactions through online money transfers.

Isa Ibrahim, an inter-state produce dealer at the market, said that the current hardship in getting cash had made people embrace cashless means of transaction.

Ibrahim, who brought yams from Lafia, Nasarawa, to Lagos, said the new trading trend removed the burden and risk of carrying cash.

Also speaking, Harriet Otuonye, tool and hardware seller at the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex market, said over the past couple of weeks, most of her customers hardly came with cash to purchase goods.

Otuonye said online transfers would eliminate issues of fake money, manhandling and mutilation of currency notes, especially by market women.

On her part, Jane Akuro, a school teacher, said she was comfortable with paying for her purchases via online transfers.

She said that the security benefits of not carrying large amounts of cash were numerous.

“It will drastically reduce incidents of robbery because when robbers see that people do not carry cash, attacking them for money would be discouraged,” Akuro said.

“Today I have made several purchases without handling cash.

“It’s a pity the government has to force people to adapt to this system. With time, everyone will be used to it.”

In what will come across as a really shocking development, the decomposed bodies of the two abducted wives and five children of the Chief of Mutumbiyu Justices Chiefdom in Taraba State, Justice Sani Muhammed (rtd), have been found.

According to the monarch, the decomposed bodies were found in the early hours of Saturday and would be buried at Mutumbiyu.

He detailed how God delivered him from drugs through Tony Rapu, the senior pastor of the House of Freedom.

In the clip, the man, who is now married and a pastor, said he started taking drugs when he was young.

He added that by 2014, he had “reached the end of myself”.

“I’m Prince Udugbawa, I’m still standing. I’m sure of my future. It’s bright. I started smoking drugs when I was young and in 2014, I had reached the end of myself,” he said in the video.

Udugbawa said Rapu helped him during his rehabilitation through Freedom Foundation. He added that the foundation also employed him a year later to mentor young people.

“One year later, I was employed by the freedom foundation, the same people who had arranged my rehabilitation. Part of my job now is to talk to the young ones about how to live life. I thank God for all he has been doing for me,” he said.

EFCC questions actress, Simisola Gold over spraying and stepping on new Naira notes.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has launched an inquiry into Oluwadarasimi Omoseyin also known as Simisola Gold, an actress, and cosmetologist, for allegedly tampering with the redesigned Naira notes, a violation of Section 21 (5) of the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007.

According to a statement published by the agency on Friday, February 3, Omoseyin was detained on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, along Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, by operatives of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Fraud Related Offences Commission, ICPC, after an intelligence report.

A third-year student of the Tshwane University of Technology identified as Ntokozo Mayenzi Xaba has allegedly been stabbed to death by her boyfriend.

The 20-year-old was allegedly stabbed by Ngcebo Thusi on February 2, 2023, in her student residence in Ekhaya Junction, Pretoria.

Ntokozo’s friends informed security at her halls of residence when they couldn’t reach her phone.

When security guards arrived at Ntokozo’s residence, they discovered her dead with many knife wounds on her upper body.

The South African Police Service (SAPS) was alerted, and a male suspect was detained on a murder charge after additional investigation.

Taking to her Instagram page, May shared the legal documents filed by her lawyers which stated that Sarah’s edited photo depicted their client “as part of a polygamous family in which she is a co-wife”, something May has made clear several times that she will not be a party to.

It also stated that on a YouTube channel hosted by Daddy Freeze on December 27, Sarah, who was a guest, made some allegations that May failed in her duties as a wife to Yul and this made him take Judy as a second wife.

The documents demanded that Sarah Chukwukere apologizes and retracts her defamatory publication or they will commence a lawsuit against her and they will demand damages of not less than Five Hundred Million Naira.

Sharing the lawsuit on her page May captioned the post;
