Itโs clear that WWE is fully behind Cody Rhodes right now as one of the top babyfaces on Monday Night Raw and it appears that he will eventually challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at some point.
Rhodes got his first WWE Raw win in six years last night against The Miz and he is now on the path towards a rematch with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania Backlash.
PWInsider is reporting that internally, Cody Rhodes is slotted as the number two babyface on the brand, second to Bobby Lashley. AJ Styles is listed as the number 3 babyface.
Lashley is currently in a feud with Omos, Rhodes is feuding with Seth Rollins and AJ Styles is involved with Edge and his faction.
On SmackDown, Roman Reigns is obviously listed as the number one heel for SmackDown and the top babyface is Drew McIntyre. Reigns vs. McIntyre is listed for upcoming house shows.
