John Cena:I Will Surely Be At Wrestlemania 36

John Cena has confirmed he will be at WrestleMania 36 later this year in Tampa.

Cena took a step back from WWE last year in order to focus on other projects, and it ended up being his first year in the past 17 years that he hadn’t worked a match on any pay-per-view.

He did make appearances throughout the year, most notably appearing at WrestleMania 35 in a spot with Elias, but he never had a match.

During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, the 16-time world champion spoke about his future in WWE, where he said he will be at WrestleMania 36 on April 5.

He said: “Performing at WrestleMania this year would be a gift. I haven’t been intertwined in the machine of the WWE. I know those WrestleMania spots are few and far between. I’ve expressed that I’m off. But I’ve also expressed that I live in Tampa.

“I will for sure be at the event and I have great trust in the process and I have great faith in Vince McMahon not only as a boss, but as so much more than that. As a friend, as a men wwe.

Way Too Early Candidates for Inter’s Player of the Season Award

Just over halfway into Antonio Conte’s first season in charge, Inter find themselves sitting just three points behind Serie A leaders Juventus. They have lost only once and have conceded just 18 goals – the best defensive record in the league.

They may have dropped down into the Europa League after finishing third in their Champions League group, but Inter are clearly targeting the Serie A title and have made solid steps towards toppling Juve this term.

There have been a number of standout performers so far, but here are the top stars who would be in contention to win I Nerazzurri’s player of the season award.

Romelu Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku

Following his £73m move from Manchester United in the summer, Lukaku has hit the ground running at San Siro. He has found the net an impressive 20 times in 29 appearances in all competitions, as well as recording four assists.

In 22 Serie A appearances, the Belgian has scored 16 times, including doubles against Napoli, Genoa, Bologna, Sassuolo and Udinese. The 26-year-old’s consistent goalscoring feats are certainly helping him justify his hefty price tag.

Lukaku has also struck up a formidable partnership with fellow centre forward Lautaro Martinez, with the deadly duo spearheading Inter’s title charge.

Lautaro Martinez

Lautaro Martinez

The 22-year-old has become one of Europe’s hottest prospects after an excellent breakthrough season at Inter. Alongside Lukaku, he has found the net an impressive 16 times, as well as laying on four assists.

In Serie A, he has scored 12 times in his 20 appearances, and as previously mentioned the Argentinian has developed an excellent understanding with strike partner Lukaku. Together, they have scored 34 times. To put their importance into perspective, Inter’s next top scorer – Stefano Sensi – has netted just three times in the league.

With Christian Eriksen recently added to the squad, Inter’s attacking threat is set to become all the more potent. Martinez looks as though he will continue his inspired form, hoping to end his side’s ten-year wait for Serie A success.

Antonio Candreva

Antonio Candreva

FC Internazionale v Genoa CFC – Serie A
The 32-year-old veteran has proved age is just a number, remaining a crucial member of Antonio Conte’s squad.

Across 23 appearances in all competitions, Candreva has scored four times and conjured up a further five assists. His most impressive performances have come at the San Siro. Against Parma in October he both scored and assisted, and when Inter hosted Genoa he assisted another two goals.

The Italy international’s place in the side may yet come under threat following the loan signing of Victor Moses. However, he has performed well enough to give Conte a selection headache heading into the remainder of the season.

Marcelo Brozovic

Marcelo Brozovic
The combative Croatian has been a mainstay in Conte’s midfield this season, starting all but two fixtures in Serie A. He has notched two goals and made five assists from central defensive midfield.

If Inter are to win any silverware this season, they will rely upon Brozovic’s continued influence in the centre of the park to help guide his side through the business end of the season.

Diego Godin

Diego Godin
Following his summer move from Atlético Madrid, Godin has shown he still has what it to takes to compete at the highest level. His experience with Atletico in Spain will prove invaluable as Inter continue to fight in several competitions.

Granted, he has started just under half of Inter’s league games thus far, but in those ten games his side have conceded only eight goals and managed six clean sheets.

Much of Inter’s progress has been built upon a solid defensive record, and Conte must be extremely enthused to have a player of Godin’s credentials in his squad, who can still make an excellent contribution both on and off the pitch.

ATL Madrid And Roma Eyes Jesse Lingard

Man Utd’s Jesse Lingard Approached by Atletico Madrid & Roma…

Atletico Madrid and Roma have both made contact with representatives of Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard over a transfer, with the academy graduate open to leaving in the summer.

The England international has faced criticism for his performances over the last 18 months, having previously been a rising star for United and the Three Lions.

Now 27 and without a Premier League goal or assist since 2018, Lingard’s stock has fallen dramatically and he has often been a lightning rod for blame during United’s dismal spells.

Jesse Lingard
According to ESPN, online abuse, combined with the club’s attempts to sell him in January, has led Lingard to consider moving on from Old Trafford.

Last month, the Red Devils reportedly offered £45m plus the 27-year-old in an effort to sign Leicester City playmaker James Maddison. That has likewise disturbed Lingard, who has been struggling for regular game-time in 2019/20.

ESPN’s report says Lingard has reacted by contemplating a fresh start elsewhere, with Atletico and Roma competing for the midfielder – who is now in the final 18 months of his contract, with an option to extend by a further year.

Though Lingard has started only six Premier League matches this term, ESPN claim that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still eager to retain his services.

Solskjaer is keeping faith because he apparently believes the youth product’s recent decline has come as the result of off-field family issues and online criticism.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Atleti and Roma, however, have already both taken the first step towards signing Lingard, the pair holdings talks with his new representative, the infamous ‘super-agent’ Mina Raiola.

The playmaker, who hasn’t scored in the top flight in over a year, has also lost his place in Gareth Southgate’s recent England squads and faces an uphill battle to be included for the European Championships in the summer.

Ivan Rakitic Unhappy At Barcelona

Ivan Rakitic Unhappy With Barcelona’s Treatment of Him in the January Transfer window…

Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic has admitted that he didn’t like the club’s handling of his situation in the January transfer window, with a number of sides rumoured to have been seeking his signature.

Rakitic has found himself on the fringes of first-team action this season, with summer arrival Frenkie de Jong seemingly ahead of the 31-year-old in the midfield pecking order.

Ivan Rakitic

With first-team action at a premium, it seemed his future was away from Camp Nou, but despite interest from Manchester United and Juventus, Rakitic failed to secure a move away last month.

Sunday’s 2-1 win over Levante saw Rakitic make just his eighth start in La Liga for the Catalan giants this season, and the midfielder has voiced his concerns regarding the club’s handling of his situation.

“There have been several things that I did not like,” he said, as quoted by Goal. “I say it very clearly. We know there are people who make decisions but here we are not to laugh or enjoy.

“In the end the best thing for the club has to be what is good. We must accept not to understand some things.”

Ivan Rakitic

Despite his unhappiness, Rakitic insisted he did not wish to linger on any issues he may have with the Barcelona hierarchy, and was quick to express his gratitude at being selected for the victory over Levante.

“It’s not time to talk about [my unhappiness],” he added. “I’m happy to have played today and everyone knows it, you don’t have to open things again.

“Everything has already happened and I have to turn the page and not think too much about it.

Ivan Rakitic
“You have to work in the best way possible because the decisive part of the season is coming. I want my colleagues, technicians and fans to count on me.”

Rakitic’s contract with Barcelona runs until June 2021, but it seems unlikely at this rate that he will be at the club beyond this summer.

Crisis as FAAN takes over MMIA toll gate

A fresh crisis is brewing between the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and one of its biggest concessionaires I-cube Nigeria Limited over a contractual agreement leading to forceful take-over of the access toll gates of the airport linking the international wing of Lagos airport with Ikeja.

As early as 7 am, the unions in aviation like the Air Transport Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSAN), National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) among others had taken over the money spinning revenue points of the toll gates, chased away workers of the firm in a Gestapo manner.

After chasing away I-Cube workers, the unions began toll collection from motorists which left many wondering what was happening as the exercise was conducted in a rowdy manner.

A union member told New Telegraph that the concession agreement for I-Cube expired since February 2019 adding that FAAN had decided not to renew the deal, stressing that another firm which had applied for the concession was granted the concession to manage the facility.

The unions said the agency needed to offer a better deal to new concessionaire to improve FAAN’s revenue base.

But in a swift reaction, a top official of I-Cube, who spoke to New Telegraph from Europe, said the firm had never defaulted in the remittance of money to the agency wondering why the airport authority violated agreements on how to terminate a firm’s business deal.

The source admitted that concession had elapsed adding that they applied for renewal which he said the agency claimed was studying it only to award the contract to another firm.

Update: Abaribe puts Buhari on the line

Has the euphoria, which greeted the Muhammadu Buhari administration after 16 years of unbroken rule of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), waned? This is the question on the lips of most Nigerians given the belief in some quarters that the All Progressives Congress (APC) government is yet to turn things around close to five years in power.

The APC had made several promises, which revolved around three key issues – fight against corruption, insecurity and job creation – during the campaigns for the 2015 general election. The party then said that it will bring positive changes in the lives of Nigerians within two years if voted into power. But after four years of its first term in office and seven months into its second term, not much seems to have changed.

While the ruling party had persistently claimed that it has taken Nigeria out of the woods that successive PDP administrations plunged it into, there is no doubt that the discontent that compelled most Nigerians to vote the PDP out of power in 2015, is yet to be addressed and the peoples’ patience seems to be running out, particularly due to rising insecurity and soaring cost of living.

Abaribe’s bombshell

These, perhaps, explains why the main opposition party – PDP – has never failed seize any opportunity to insist that Nigeria is now worse than the APC met it. The party’s criticism of the APC administration got to a height last week, when the Senate Minority Leader, Enyinnaya Abaribe, called on President Buhari to resign if he has no solution to the security problems bedeviling the country.

Abaribe who was contributing to a motion on “Nigeria’s security challenges: Urgent need to restructure, review and reorganise the current security architecture,” sponsored by 105 out of the 109 senators, said it was surprising that the President was quoted as saying that he was surprised at the rising security failure in parts of the country.

The senator, who recalled that members of the APC leadership had during the campaigns asked Nigerians to stone them if they failed to fulfill their promises, said the time has come for Nigerians to revisit that statement and act accordingly.

He chided the Special Adviser to the President on Media, Mr. Femi Adesina, for berating the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for protesting the killing of the group’s chairman in Adamawa State by Boko Haram insurgents.

His words: “When I was coming to work this morning (Tuesday), I saw a newspaper headline with the caption: ‘Mr. President, commander-in-chief expresses shock at the level of violent crimes.’ In other words, Mr. President was expressing surprise. But in accordance with our Rule 53(13), I would say in pidgin English, ‘Mr. President (Senate President, Ahmed Lawan) this surprise surprised me.’

“You have told us that we should not be partisan in discussing this issue, if you didn’t insist that we will not be partisan, I would have called on the presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, who when the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) leaders complained about the killing of a priest, turned around and said that CAN was acting like a political party.

“Now that we are talking about it here, let me hear him say that all of us are acting like a political party, when somebody is complaining of these incessant deaths in this country. Those who live by propaganda will die by propaganda.

“Boko Haram has been defeated, life is now safe, everything was being done to make sure that the hard work that was supposed to have been done in securing Nigeria was not done because certain people did not do their work and preferred to cover the eyes of Nigerians with propaganda.

“That was why I said that, but let me go on… Mr. President, all the time that was wasted trying to find excuses for wrong performance have now come to stare us in the face. Reality is no respecter of persons and it is the reality that we are facing now.

“Mr. President, we have heard from newspapers today (Tuesday), where you have suggested that we are going to call the Inspector-General of Police, Security Chiefs etc. The fact is that Nigerians will say that we did not elect the service chiefs, the National Security Adviser etc. We elected the present government under the APC in 2015 and the reason why we elected them was that they continued to tell us that they have the key to security and the whole Nigeria elected them in 2015.

“All I am saying, Mr. President, is that we should go to the government and ask this government to resign because you can no longer do anything.”

Though Lawan interjected and defended the APC government, advising Abaribe not to go partisan, the former deputy governor of Abia State added: “Mr. President, in conclusion, yes Nigerians voted APC government into power and that government even said, if we don’t perform, throw stones on us, we are going with stones to stone them for non-performance.”

Presidency fires back

While the Senate Minority Leader’s stand is not unexpected given the fact that the job of the opposition is to put the government on its toes, his position did not go down well with the President’s camp, and as expected, it swiftly fired back.

Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, who spoke on behalf of the presidency, not only dismissed Abaribe’s call for his principal’s resignation, but described it as lacking any basis or logic.

He insisted that Buhari is tackling the security problems facing the nation as much as possible, adding that the challenges confronting the nation at moment were part of the mess left by Abaribe and his party – PDP.

His words: “Just because some characters think that President Buhari should resign, then they expect him to quit. That call does not represent the opinion of the country. This is the opinion of an armchair critic, known for making stray comments.

“If a leader like President Buhari needs to resign, there are millions of other Nigerians who need to resign, including Senator Abaribe, who unlocked the door to enable the escape of traitorous and treasonable suspects.

“He signed the bond for the court to release Nnamdi Kanu on bail, from which moment the suspect disappeared into the thin air. Senator Abaribe has failed repeated deadlines to return Kanu to the court for trial, yet he has the effrontery with which to accuse someone of failing to the bidding of the law.

This is a man who should have replaced the suspects he failed to produce in the correctional facility. “Abaribe’s party raped the nation and left it collapsing in 2015 and President Buhari is fixing things up all the years he is in office. President Buhari is working hard to keep Nigeria and Nigerians out of the harm terrorists have unleashed in the entire Sahel and Sub-Saharan Africa with the support of Nigerians and our foreign friends, he is going to finish off these terrorists. He alone can do it.”

Lauretta Onochie, the Special Assistant on Social Media to the President, also attacked Abaribe for urging her principal to throw in the towel. Like Shehu, she accused the Senate Minority Leader of colluding with the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Kanu, to divide Nigeria.

Though the presidential aide acknowledged that security issues are sad concerns around the world, she however noted that instigating Nigerians to pick stones and chase Buhari out of office is a call for anarchy.

“Security issues are sad concerns around the world including Nigeria. Buffoon Enyinnaya Abaribe, telling Nigerians to ‘pick stones to stone them’ is out of order! It’s a call for anarchy. To those who listen to him, Nigeria is not Senator Ike Ekwerenmadu. Dont even try it. Don’t! “Abaribe has tried with Nnamdi Kanu to rip this nation apart and failed. When Atiku said there will be more herdsmen killing if Buhari was reelected, who said anything?

How many stones did Abaribe throw? Please throw the first stone. We are waiting,” Onochie wrote on her Tweeter handle. Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, equally faulted Abaribe’s call, saying it was unnecessary and uncalled for. Keyamo, who served as the spokesman of the APC Presidential Campaign Council during the 2019 polls, also said that the uproar that greeted the senator’s comment needed not to have arisen.

According to him, it is usual in any democratic setting for the opposition to find something to discredit the party in power. He, however, said the PDP and those calling on the President to resign know that such will not happen in Nigeria.

“The hullabaloo over the call by the opposition for the resignation of the President is unnecessary. It’s the usual singsong of opposition all over the world. They know it’s not going to happen. It’s just a way of telling government to do more and we in government should see it in that light,” he said. PDP rises in defence of Abaribe Expectedly, the PDP, which took exception to the Presidency’s attack on Abaribe, said the call for Buhari to resign in the face of growing insecurity in the country transcends ethnic, political and religious boundaries.

The party in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, said the call for the President to resign was because of his failure to guarantee security of lives and property in the country and warned against trivializing the call.

The statement read in part: “The fact that the presidency resorted to hauling insults, hate language and threats against patriotic Nigerians, including senators, instead of addressing issues of security before the parliament shows that indeed, the Buhari presidency has no answer to the litany of insecurity issues under its administration.

“It is instructive for the Buhari presidency to note that the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, whose voice resonated in the chamber of the Senate, spoke the mind of majority of Nigerians who had become bullied, harassed and despondent in the face of escalated insurgency, bloodletting, killings and other acts of violence that have pervaded our nation.

“Senator Abaribe spoke on behalf of millions of Nigerians, who have been killed, orphaned, widowed, maimed, rendered childless and homeless, as well as others who daily live in anguish, pain and fear in the face of worsening insecurity under the failed Buhari administration. “On account of this, the PDP counsels agents of the Buhari presidency to perish any thoughts of harassment, setup, frame-up or victimization of Senator Abaribe, who rose to the occasion through the constitutionally guaranteed privilege of the parliament to speak on behalf of ordinary Nigerians.” Flashback 2013

Whereas criticisms have trailed the backlash by the presidential aides over Abaribe’s call, however, some analysts were of the view that they only did a job for which absolutely loyalty is required. But, there are members of a political school, who insisted that they went overboard. Those who hold the latter view, were quick to point out that aides of former President Goodluck Jonathan never resorted to insults and threats, when Buhari made a similar call in 2013.

Buhari, who was the National Leader of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) at the time, had on May 23, 2013, asked Jonathan to resign over his inability to tackle security challenges facing the country. He maintained that the issue of security was a fundamental duty of any responsible government and that Jonathan had failed to protect the lives and property of Nigerians since he assumed power. “Jonathan should vacate and give way to a competent hand to govern the country,” he said.

Resignation of president: How feasible?

Like Keyamo aptly noted, calling for resignation is unlikely to ruffle Buhari, but a Nigerian president could be removed from office through impeachment. The question against this backdrop is: Will members of the National Assembly, who are dissatisfied with President Buhari’s performance, explore the option? As a containment device, the exercise of this constitutional right by the legislative arm of government is to ensure that the executive – a president or governor – functions within the realm of the constitution and the 1999 Constitution (as amended), in Section 143, provides for a detailed procedure to be followed before a president can be impeached. This procedure is sequential and must be duly followed.

It is a chain of events, which must not be broken at any stage. The sections states: “The President or Vice President may be removed from office whenever a notice of any allegation in writing signed by not less than one-third of the members of the National Assembly is presented to the president of the Senate; stating that the holder of the office of President or Vice President is guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the functions of his office.”

This provision, notwithstanding, no Nigerian president has been impeached. Perhaps, the reason is the ambiguity of the provisions of the constitution on impeachment. If the president is to be impeached, the process will approximately take five months.

While many, have over time, questioned this, the answer is not farfetched as Section 143(1) of the constitution provides that the process of the impeachment of the president can only commence whenever a notice of any allegation in writing signed by not less than one-third of members of the National Assembly is presented to the President of the Senate; stating that the holder of the office of president or vice president is guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the functions of his office.

It is after this notice that the Senate President, can within seven days, cause a copy of the notice to be served on the president and on each member of the National Assembly as well as also cause any statement made in reply to the allegation to be served on the legislators.

The next step is that the National Assembly, must within 14 days of the presentation of the notice, resolve by motion without any debate whether or not the allegation should be investigated.

A motion that the allegation be investigated would not be declared as having been passed, unless it was supported by the votes of not less than two-thirds majority of all the members of each House of the National Assembly.

After this, the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) will at the request of the Senate president appoint a panel of seven persons, who in his opinion are of unquestionable integrity, not being members of any public service, legislative house or political party, to investigate the allegation and within three months of its appointment, report its findings to each House of the National Assembly.

Where the panel reports that the allegation has not been proved, no further proceedings will be taken in respect of the matter.

However, should the report has is that the allegation against the president has been proved, the National Assembly will then within 14 days of its receipt, consider it, and if by a resolution supported by not less than two-thirds majority of all its members, the report is adopted, the president stands removed from office as from the date of the adoption of the report.

No doubt, it would be herculean for the opposition to get President Buhari to quit, but it is pertinent that his administration be reminded that the deterioration of every government begins with the decay of the principle on which it was founded.

Three Cyber Cafe operators nabbed after extorting JAMB applicants

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Oyo State Command, on Monday, paraded three cyber cafe operators for allegedly extorting applicants for the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

The State Commandant, Iskilu Akinsanya, paraded the suspects at the Command Headquarters in Agodi, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Akinsanya said the three suspects operated LNETWork Cyber Cafe, Value Max and GG Media Cyber Cafe adding that the suspects operates an unlicensed Computer Base Test (CBT) Centre and sold JAMB forms to applicants above the approved price of N4,700.

He said, “The suspects sold the form at the rate of N5, 500 to JAMB applicants which is against the Federal government approved price. The Registrar of JAMB, Ishaq Oloyede, has made it clear that on no account should any centre sell above the approved price.

“Following our intelligence, we gathered that some Cyber Cafe are selling above the price and we swung into action and the three suspects were arrested.”

He lamented that the excesses in the charges would put a burden on the parents and the Federal government frowns at it, adding that it is a crime and part of the corruption being fought in the country.

Calling on applicants not to patronise illegal CBT centres, the Commandant advised them to alert NSCDC whenever they notice any centre selling above the approved price.

One of the suspects, the owner of Value Max Cyber Cafe, when asked told reporters that they were just assisting the students to generate codes and not collecting money from them, saying he was not aware that helping the students to generate codes was a crime.

FAAN takes over MMIA access toll gate from ICUBE

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) workers on Monday took over the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Access Toll Gate from the Integrated Intelligent Imaging West Africa Ltd. (ICUBE) one year after expiration of the contract.

The workers in their hundreds, under the supervision of the four aviation unions, besieged the access gate as early as 7.00a.m on Monday and took over the control of ticketing points from ICUBE managers.

The workers after dislodging the ICUBE staff, drafted staff of the commercial department to man the gates.

Briefing newsmen, Mr Abdulrasaq Saidu, the General Secretary, Association of Nigeria Aviation Professionals (ANAP), who supervised the takeover, said that management of the access gate remained the sole responsibility of Commercial Department of FAAN.

Saidu alleged that some politicians had messed up the system through illegal concession of revenue points at the airports.

He said concession of the access gate was “fraudulent without a review of the contract for more than five years now”, adding that the traffic of the route had greatly increased since the last exercise was carried out.

Saidu also alleged that some individuals in FAAN and the Ministry of Aviation had compromised over the access gate, saying that government was losing revenue from there.

He explained that following series of meetings held with the Minister of Aviation and FAAN Managing Director at different occasions.

It was made known to them that workers were going to take over the access gate to raise its revenue.

Reacting, Mr Ahmadu Ilitrus, President, Air Transport Senior Staff Services Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), said that the concessionaire agreement with FAAN expired 12 months ago, and the company had refused to leave the toll gate. N.Rs culled

Ilitrus said that the government had appointed a new concessionaire, but the company refused to hand over the toll gate to FAAN.

“FAAN is an employer, and when it decides to terminate and appoint another new concessionaire, then, the former one should have handed over.

“But, the former concessionaire refused to hand over after the appointment has been terminated, so what do you expect FAAN workers to do?

“That is why FAAN workers went to the toll gate this morning to take over the place and this is quite unfortunate.

“If the former concessionaire has dissatisfaction to the agreement that was initiated at the beginning, then, there are some ways of resolving it, but how can you hold on to the revenue point,” he asked.

Ilitrus noted that the protest was initiated by FAAN workers, but the unions only went there to ensure law and order in the taking over.

The union president said the concessionaire sometimes would approach FAAN that its workers were “stealing toll gate funds”.

Also, the Deputy National President of Air Transport, Mr Sarah Rimdams, said workers came to recover their revenue points to the government as the contract with ICUBE expired in February. 2019.

“We are at the access gate to test run this place to actually know how much can be generated monthly.

“This will definitely bring more revenue being remitted by the concessionaire to the FAAN account.

Reacting to the takeover, the Manager, ICUBE, Mr Toluwaleke Abajingin, told newsmen that he was surprised to see workers and unions taking over the access gate in the early hours of Monday.

Abajingin said the case was in court between Rosepine Intergrated Ltd., FAAN and ICUBE, adding that as a responsible organisation, ICUBE staff did not resist.

He said ICUBE had been paying FAAN up to date and that the company was never informed about any upward review of the contract or otherwise.

Abajingin said there was a first right of refusal, adding that FAAN had not communicated to ICUBE on the agreement.
